At Aldwark, advance booking is essential and we regret that casual callers cannot be accepted. Telephone bookings will be treated as provisional and held for 28 days only.

Bookings will only become secure on receipt of a completed booking form and a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the fee. The final balance of payment must be made at least 10 days before the commencement of the booking.

Should you require any type of response by letter please enclose a C5 envelope (229mm x 162mm), (A5 unfolded) stamped and addressed, with all letters.
